Is SimplePDF HIPAA compliant?
Yes. SimplePDF processes all PDFs directly in your browser. Documents are never processed by SimplePDF's servers, on any plan.
No Protected Health Information (PHI) is ever stored by SimplePDF. This client-side architecture is the strongest privacy guarantee: data that never leaves your device cannot be breached.

How many PDFs can I add to my website?
As many as you want! When we say unlimited, we mean it.
What can my SimplePDF admins do?
Your admins on SimplePDF can edit your PDF forms, make account updates, customize your branding, set up notifications, invite new admins, and more.

What is a submission?
A submission is created each time a user completes and submits a PDF document through SimplePDF. Each submission is accessible in your dashboard and can be delivered to you via email or webhook.
Am I locked into a contract?
Absolutely not! If SimplePDF doesn't hit the mark, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
